Community Housing

CDSCL owns five homes in which sixteen individuals with developmental disabilities receive 24-support and four receive partial residential support.  Two of these homes are partially funded by BC Housing and are fully wheelchair accessible as individuals living there also have physical disabilities.  CDSCL employees provide daily care, training in life skills and assist with community access.

25th Avenue, Purcell Place and Orchard House/Apartment are Licensed as Community Care Facilities providing Community Living services and comply with the provisions of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and Regulations.
