MISSION STATEMENT

1. To provide options and alternatives for persons with developmental disabilities to maximize their potential in the least restrictive environments while safe guarding the rights and quality of life of each person supported.  To provide and manage low income housing for seniors and people with disabilities.
    
2. To maintain and ensure a flexible and dynamic organizational structure with decentralized management, which responds to the individual, not agency needs.
    
3. To hold in trust the society's assets and resources for persons supported by the C.D.S.C.L.

PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

People with developmental disabilities have a valued role in society. The philosophy of equal rights and opportunities has been adopted in the development of programs and services.
